Returns Policy

Disclaimer

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from receiving your order.

All items must be returned new and unused. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you wish to make a return please email info@curatedhomeware.co.uk with your order details within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once your return has arrived, our team will check that the item is in the original condition*. Once accepted, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days from receiving the return.

You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

*Please note that if the item does not pass our checks, we will be in touch via email to confirm the loss in value and deduct these costs from the total refund processed. To avoid this please ensure when returning items that they are securely wrapped in the original packaging to minimise any possible damage whilst in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us on the day you receive your item and send your order details and images of the defects to info@curatedhomeware.co.uk. We will arrange to collect the item and once received back to us we will issue a full refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.

Refund Policy - Bespoke items

If your item was made bespoke to your specific needs, and isn't a standard size or colour offered on our website, then we do not accept returns of these items.

Bespoke items also include sink shelves where holes have been cut to your specific requirements. This also includes any item that has been modified to suit your needs e.g adding holes into a TV unit or reception desk.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item not only fits within your property, but also meets your expectations. Therefore we suggest to order colour samples before ordering to ensure you are happy with the colour and finish. We offer refunds only for latent defects in the piece.
