Shipping Policy

Order Processing time 

Here at Curated Homeware LTD, everything we make is made to order and we do not hold any stock. Our order processing times vary depending on what product you are ordering. Our lead times for each product can be found on the individual product page. 

Generally for larger items the lead time ranges from 3-5 weeks and for smaller items around 2 weeks from date of order. Please check the lead time stated on the product page before ordering.

If for some reason there is a delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

If you require your product for a certain date, please contact us before ordering to make sure we can meet this the date required.  


Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options;

Free shipping  - This option does not include installation. Some assembly will be required and full fitting instructions will be sent with your item. 

Delivery and installation (for dining tables)  -  for this option there is an £80 fee which includes full installation of your item in the room of your choice. 

Smaller items such as coffee tables may be sent in two separate packages and will require assembly (please see the individual product details for more information) 
 
Kitchen islands come fully built and do not require installation but you must ensure that you have suitable accessibility for the item to be situated where you want it. For example, check that you have adequate door space for the size you have selected for the item to fit through. If the kitchen island isn't going on a ground floor level, is there a lift available to use etc. 

Reception Desks will be delivered on a pallet kerbside.
Please ensure you have adequate space outdoors for the delivery and suitable access. If you do require a ground to ground floor delivery where the courier will deliver the item in the room of your choice, then please get in touch as we outsource our deliveries therefore there will be an extra charge for this based on location and size of the desk.

Potential delays

On rare occasions factors that maybe out of our control can cause slight delays in fulfilment of orders.  If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible and make you aware of this.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
